Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within one hour after your purchase by emailing us at email@example.com please make sure you provide us with your order number.
For orders placed after more than one hour, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order as your personalised product will most likely be in production already.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please check our delivery page if your country is listed. By ordering you agree to be responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through your local Customs. We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Unfortunately, we cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, if you would like to order a design that is not already in our website feel free to send us your idea to firstname.lastname@example.org – charges may apply for a new design.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing usually takes from 2 to 3 working days. If you need a next day delivery order, please select the priority delivery option at checkout, next day orders need to be placed or on prior to 12:00 PM BST/GMT Monday to Friday.
Can I return a personalised product?
We trust that you will love your product. Unfortunately, our personalised items cannot be returned, but if your order is a non-personalised item you can send us an email to email@example.com in order to process your return.
We are not responsible for postal fees at the moment of the return.
I’m an influencer or content creator, can I work with you?
We receive a lot of proposals to collaborate with influencers and or content creator, we would love to hear from you, please fill the form at the bottom of the page in order to us to evaluate and put you in our list, you will receive an email from us within 7 days.
My Item Was Faulty
We have designed a special package for your order to be delivered in perfect conditions, but if you receive a faulty item please send us an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo/proof within 24 hours upon receiving the item and we would be more than happy to send you a replacement item.
